Searching for a specific HUD color set (purple/gold, see picture)

That's why I'll never use the current option. I ONLY want to change the orange, and that's something that only FDev can make happen. If they can rewrite the galaxy to make half the bodies in it landable, making the HUD color a changeable option should take them an afternoon.

I've tried countless HUD colours but always go back to default as they mess everything else up too much (radar, shields, reticles etc). I only want to change the orange. I'd even pay for the option!

Yeah this gets pretty close, still the purple is missing some intensity...

Btw, while I appreciate any discussion and the HUD sliders ingame are indeed overdue, please don't hijack this thread and focus on gold and purple [wink] We can do this! Thank you.

Hi!

Somewhere (cannot remember where) I found a screenshot of someone's HUD color and it looks stunning. Unfortunately there was no color code written down. I tried to replicate the setting but I just can't get anywhere near to it. According to the intense colors I assume it works with extended color range, maybe even negative numbers.
I hope you guys maybe know it or have it by your own or are simply pros with the color editor and can tell me which RGB values I need to set to get this awesome HUD.

Not sure if you ever found what you are looking for but I like your HUD color...it is the opposite of the Purple/Gold I'm using

Okay, I'll give it to them: that's a well-tweaked HUD.

Props to whoever works out the CMDR and gets the code off 'em or works it out well enough; I dabbled in the editing briefly but had trouble creating that kind of purple.

Looks great.. now Frontier should add some to the in-game options.

You should take a look at Dr. Kaii ED Profiler. It has Hud options. The hud profile that looks the closest is called no20 sandy brown.

Red 0.7 .0.8 -.0.8
