Seeing the edge of the screen

Just recently I have noticed Im seeing the edge of the screen playing the game, which I didnt use to see before. I dont see it when the game is launching or start up screen just once the game has launched. IPD is set for oculus, 69.1 but for some reason Im seeing the edge. Where can I go in the folder to check it. Please

your distance to eye has changed
the closer to your eye, that harder to focus but the higher the fov.

the further away, the easier to focus/sweet spot, but the more edge of the screen you see.

we tend to use 2 from the outter most.
