separate VR graphic config file?

When i start ED on oculus home or VR mode in steam, it's change configuration automatically for this purpose, but when i come back to execute ED or ED Horizons (no VR mode), the resolution is changed. When i change some graphics configuration options on VR mode, these change remains in 2D mode. ED only have one graphic config file for every modes?, there are some way to keep independent configs for each modes?
