I hope this isn't just about the top% of deliveries because a lot of rats of the first cg may have little to no contribution in terms of delivered cargo but did a hell of a job in ratting the rares. I know at least 10 commanders that only ratted or did very few hauls.
Yeah, some of us are going to get hosed on this most likely simply due to us not directly depositing the objectives. I'm okay with it though, I'll be sporting my Distant Worlds decal forever most likely, LOL!
How about decals for the powers that have been in the game for a year now? Or the major factions that have existed since launch? We know that some of them exist in the game files already. JUST TAKE MY MONEY AND GIVE ME DECALS ALREADY FD.
