You really really need to stop relying on twitter for this - you have a forum + you have a launcher you can update with messages - get the message up on the top here. crazy stuff

Let me put it this way....

My £300 gaming laptop can't play GTA V, my £300 Xbox can. Therefore, Xbox offers better bang for your buck (and PS4 too).

The hardware is only part of the cost. Games are cheaper on the PC.

Shouldn't need someone else's Third Party app to update your customers when you already have your own portals to communicate by.

I see the problem now. I log in, the game loads. I'm in dock. The lights come on in the hangar, the game exits. Clearly it's a problem with the breakers.

Back online finally! If you haven't tried lately, give it a couple tries now. Took me two tries to get it going again about a minute ago. No idea why I tried a second time but it worked. Cheers commanders!

Laptops are inherently more expensive than equivalent desktops. I think it's something to do with hardware miniaturisation? Seems logical. Smaller parts = harder to make?

So yes, portability is a very big factor in costs.

I have actually, I've built dozens of PC's, I currently have 4 in my house.
You brought up portability by mentioning you use a gaming laptop, that sacrifices a lot of power for the sake of being able to move it around.

I am not attacking your or your position, merely pointing out that you are comparing apples and oranges
