If you have the cash, then the new Alienware Area 51 looks good even at bare spec that you're looking for, but since you've made the call already...
Just a couple of caveats on your selection there- the R9 is going to run hot and loud compared to the nvidia 9xx series cards and some versions are better than others, so check the maker and hope it's a Gigabyte. There is a case to be made for selecting a smaller SSD drive and using that for system drive only, then adding a large and nicely partitioned second 'old fashioned' mechanical drive(s) at high RPM and/or RAID config, because even at 256GB, that SSD is going to run out of room faster than you'd expect. The i5 is ok for Elite, but if you do intend to seriously upgrade in the future, that may become your bottleneck. As others have said, 8GB of RAM is more than enough, but double-check that they aren't giving you some cheapo stuff (Corsair is widely seen as the best value for money).
Anyway, what you're getting looks to be more than sufficient for your current need.
