Shading issues with Blender 3.4 to fbx to TMT Planet coaster

I have tried everything, from reversing normals, using an all white roughness map, all my objects appear in plan co with wierd reverse shading, not looking like anythoing from other peoples models. The faces facing the light are dark and the ones in shade appear light, as you orbit around an object, it flashes from dark to light. Any ideas, fbx version or blender version, fbx settings....?????
 
I am so frustrated, have mastered the whole flexi color thing, the LOD thing it all works but my models appear like crap.... Ill try to post a pic...
 
You can use any Blender versions, but different instructions apply for versions <= 2.79. 2.80 up to the current version 3.4 all work the same.
 
I was not talking about dimensions, maybe you are using auto translate and it turned out wrong. Anyway, if your problem still persists, it would probably be best if you uploaded your model here. Otherwise all we can do is guess what the problem is.
