Greetings and Good day,

This wing (SOTP) was established on October 5th, 3303, formed from a break-away sect of a well established exploration group. We are a diverse group of commanders involved in all aspects of the Elite galaxy.

We are a truly independent organization, and a resistance - we swear loyalty to no specific government or power. They serve us with their ships, weapons and modules. We are combat pilots, traders and explorers. A group of like-minded mercenaries and privateers who value brotherhood and strength, we act to further the goals and reach of humanity across the galaxy.

A week ago, one of our pilots reported that he had taken considerable hull damage whilst on the far side of the galaxy. A small task force departed on Saturday to rescue him using Hull Repair Limpets. Against all the odds, Cmdr Ike Shonuff travelled approximately 45,000LY in under 48 hours to effect the rescue.
On hearing of the success of the mission, some members of the rescue party immediately returned home, but some are continuing the journey.
Cmdr LG Fritz is now underway once more and will rendezvous with the remainder of the rescue party in the next couple of weeks.

We extended diplomatic relations to the new Thargoids (even though someone deleted the picture from here.....)

We are planning a new exploration mission to follow straight on from CCC2 - more details will follow soon

SotP are expanding rapidly and are always looking for new commanders to join our shenanigans.

Wanted these ships for so long and over the last couple of days finally managed to finish their respective grinds! Not sure I'm gonna have time to fully outfit and fly them prior to CCC2 but hey I've got them now and that's all that counts! Big shout out to the rest of the SOTP team for their support and guidance.

Next goal is to get Trade Elite before the weekend.

Group update, 10 December 3303


Ongoing:

Wars... lots of wars. We are actively supporting our allies in various conflicts. Playing the BGS and generally killing many things.

CCC2... The ongoing festive delivery schedule to Colonia. Carried out in conjunction with The Colonia Citizens Network. There's still time to join in!

Exploration... preparing for a trip to the far side of the galaxy. Follows CCC2. Approximately 140 Commanders involved.

Roleplay... Ongoing storyline, tied in with CCC2 and the exploration trip. For those who like a bit of meat on the bones of their expeditions. Just WHAT has Jynx found?....


Things we need:

More Console commanders.

Nothing better than being a part of an active group with a tremendous amount of experience.

I was recently out on my engineer grind in preperation of things to come in the future update and decided to dust off the old ASP.

In my struggles to find enough Panite to unlock one of these engineers some members of the team were gracious enough to lend a hand in the search. Ended up with 18t of panite in 10min of work.
