Dinosaurs General Gameplay SHARKTOOTH LIZARD MECHANICS

UPDATE 1.8 was a step in the right direction because of Frontier listening to the Community this game got a hundred times better than it was at Launch, Spinosaurus Suchomimus and Baryonyx and spinoraptor all had the update involving the fish eating mechanic, Pachycephalosaurus Stygimoloch and dracorex we're also given combat capability of fighting off small carnivores as well in the update now I think it's time for a new update involving a particular group of theropods that have been known two slice flesh off of sauropods that are larger than themselves I'm even hoping Frontier will give the shark tooth lizards a unique mechanic where they will prioritize feeding off of Brachiosaurus mamenchisaurus dreadnoughtus Diplodocus Apatosaurus camarasaurus as these dinosaurs will serve as walking feeders for the sharktooth lizards ACROCANTHOSAURUS, GIGANOTOSAURUS AND CACHARADONTOSAURUS by slicing flesh off of the sauropods without killing them.

1. ACROCANTHOSAURUS in a poddock with BRACHIOSAURUS
2. No Feeders around for Acrocanthosaurus to eat from
3. Acrocanthosaurus charges at brachiosaurus and strips a chunk of Flesh and runs away.
4. Brachiosaurus is injured but doesn't die from the encounter.
5. Acrocanthosaurus goes back for a second chunk have sauropod Flesh and then runs away again devouring the flesh. Like before Brachiosaurus survives the encounter.

Heres a great Example of that here.....note: this is about how Frontier could Implement flesh cutting for the sharktooth lizards not the gangs.

I did actually post something very similar a few months back.
https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threads/group-hunting-large-carnivores-on-sauropods.519539/

To make these ideas of ours work, I would suggest that if there aren't any other dinosaurs or goats in the area, the acros, carchas and gigas will prefer sauropods. They won't kill them instantly, but they can drain their health over time in script sequences (your idea thread here) or combat stances where three entities interact together at once (my idea thread above). If it would be the latter (my idea concept), one acro, carcha, and giga will pose no threat, but two together will cause some problems. What ever the case it will be, to keep the three listed carnivores from attacking and killing sauropods, you must feed them other dinosaurs or, more logically, goats from goat dispensers for them to prioritize, kind of like how the spinosaurs in-game will prefer an available fish feeder over an available meat feeder.

That way it can be a fair change for everyone who already houses these three carnivores with any sauropod species (excluding the Ankylodocus and Nigersaurus). Like how when the spinosaur wetland need mechanic was introduced in Update 1.8, it affected every person's saves (including mines and possibly yours if you had any at the time), and all we needed to do in order to keep the spinosaurs happy again if necessary was to add more water into their enclosures.

I’ve told you this before, but there’s no, I repeat NO, evidence of carchararodontosaurs hunting in packs. The closet thing we get is multiple skeletons, but that only proves they died in same place at best. I say “best” because maybe they came together by a flood.

SHARKTOOTHS ARE AWESOME
