It would be something great to finally see a fledgling Alliance fighter join the fray. So far the Alliance has seen so little in terms of representation in the new game. I would like to see them getting more love in season 2. Perhaps as a way to bolster their presence they could have a backstory about them trying to produce a fighter that can hold its own against a Condor and Imperial Fighter.
As long as it looks distinct and separate to the Imperial and Federal designs. Then I am chuffed.

As Vasious pointed out, the other CQC exclusive ships are all marked with a leading "PG_" in the directory with the individual ships.
For the coming 1.5 release, Zac marked the Imperial Fighter as "CQC only", but didn't do so for the Lakon Keelback, while the Independent Fighter in the folder screenshot indeed is marked with the leading "PG_", indicating that it will only be available in CQC.
I presume this means the Independent Fighter and the Keelback will be different ships.

I'm 99% certain that Hauler=1, Courier=1 and Python=2 (I've never seen a screenshot of the Python showing 3 seats). I don't currently own those last 2, but I did quite a bit of research on this subject about a month ago. For the ships that I owned (most of them) my list was based on my own use of the Rift walking around the cockpit. For the ships that I did not own or had never owned my sources were various (google images, YT, wikis, blogs etc.). Of course it's possible that FD changed the seat count at some point (see: Cutter), which means that Internet sources are not 100% reliable.
It would be good to get confirmation from other players.
Re the T7, I'm not surprised there is some doubt as there are two "stations" with raised sides at the rear of the cockpit and even in VR it's difficult to see, but I'm fairly certain there are no seats there. If anything there is more likely to be 3 seats than 2, but 3 is very unlikely given that the T7 does not have a fighter hangar. I might be able to check the T7 again in VR this evening.
When beta starts I intend to buy all the ships I don't currently own and check in the Rift. Who knows, FD might add a seat here and there to open up multi-crew to more ships. Will report back.
