Ship overheat out of nowhere?

My anaconda kept on overheating (spike to 103%) all of the sudden, even when I'm just casually flying in & out of stations. It's very distressing cuz I tot someone was attacking me.
Is there any Odyssey players encountered this same problem as me?

You may want to check our key bindings for silent running...
That's one possibility - I don't think that you would get that overheating even with all E grade modules, though the original type 6 with the "as purchased" outfit would reach 100% charging for system jumps.
