Ship temp and Interceptors

How cold does my ship need to be for the Thargoid Interceptors to be unable to target me? Does this also apply to the scouts?

I would say under 20%, but that's a general rule.

Interceptors also still can see you, their aim just turn into that of a stormtrooper with you below 20% heat

Best way to keep cool is a long range modified beam laser with Thermal vent. Making a fighting ship that is naturally under 20% heat is hard.
