Horizons Ships Clock

Does anyone know how to reset the ships clock to British summer time. as the ships clock
is now 1 hour slow for us Brits.

The ship's clock isn't technically in British time. It's galactic standard time, which happens to be the same as UTC, which happens to be (practically) the same as GMT.

For players in the rest of the world the clock never matches up with local time.

In-game time shouldn't change based on your real-world location. The game clock has never displayed my local time and that is perfect because I play with people from across the globe and in a wide variety of time zones. When I tell my friend in Australia that I'll meet him at 1300 for some bounty hunting we don't have to figure out which time zone we're talking about. We use the in-game clock.

Ye last year a kept being an hour late for some appointments, so iv turned it off.
So I have too look at my watch. :)

In game time is always 100% UTC (Or GMT).

I hate time changes. Absolutely pointless in today's time and it just screws people over.

To be fair the in clock time makes it easier in some respects to create events for players worldwide as you can say "it starts at 8pm" and don't get a million "Is that BST / UTC / EST / MST / PST / AEST / ETC ETC ETC"

While not that big a bother to add the odd hour or two depending on which time of year it is.. this is a case where I wouldn't at all mind a little bit LESS immersion with a way to either adjust to user time rather than galaxy time, or give us a way to show 2 clocks, one own time, one for galaxy (server) time.
