Can I access my stored ships for the terminals on the concourse?
I was dumped on a prison and took a shuttle to where I had some ships stored

no, but you can from Inter Astra in starports etc
If your current ship is elsewhere you might need to go back to the planet it is on and recall it from orbit. A bit bugged as you don't always have to do that.
