ok, a bit of a mess as i wanted to get everything in place so i know where it will go before i put cladding on the wall, i've also got to install the hardwood flooring but i think i have the electronics set out how i want.

Haha ! like me, you may need to think about how and where your mains sockets will be (that are accessible). I used to hate dismantling half my room to get at the sockets to remove a device from the technology array ... so (like yourself) when I redesigned my own man-cave, I made sure all the sockets were in a place easy to get to and surge protected etc... ;)

like the guitars too :D

Mancave checklist includes molegrips, so bonus points there.

But, you've let the side down by apparently reading an instruction book!

if you're talking about the book on the left its one of the few that is man cave acceptable as its a guitar chord book :D

Just a couple of pics of the latest portable I made for the GF.

It's identical in every respect to my own portable, except she wanted it purple :)

LOL yup there is no screen. There's a 1080 projector on the ceiling to throw the display on the wall.

Maybe not the wisest decision, but I let my boys try the throne for size. (Crappy cell phone photos follow. There are also SLI artifacts that sometimes show up in the beta between restarts.)

Awesome setup Liquid. Love how you've redlighted the "cockpit". Looks to be a great feature immersion wise.

Hats of to all the great posts.

Fly safe Commanders! :)

Just sent you a message about your eyefinity set up. You have 2 different sized screens and are able to match the smaller screen with the larger to have the image continuous. I would love to know how you did this.

Thanks

I think this feature is on AMD cards only and only with the beta drivers from 14.6 upwards. Even though my main monitor is 2560x1440 and the 2 side monitors are 1920x1080 the full screen resolution is 6400x1440.

Isn't that uncomfortable to not have a place for your legs. It looks to me like you'd have to lean over to play. That would get uncomfortable for quickly I'd imagine.

Legs go either side of the middle posts which is smaller than it seems. Also have the controllers attached to the chair while playing. Works pretty well.
