Showing undiscovered after sold the map

I saw a thread in the PC section where someone sold data at a FC and had this issue. You may want to report it as a bug.
Also I never looked to see how long it took for the FD tag to show up on a system body after I sold data at a station, so it may take awhile for the system map to update.

I had this during the Beta but it quickly resolved.
Seems there's some lag when selling on Carriers sometimes - but AFAIK the tags will appear shortly after selling, just takes a tad patience.
(longest I observed in the Beta was 5-10 Minutes if I remember correctly)

Hmm... that's highly unusual indeed and worth a Bug Report.
Did you turn it off and on again?
Yes it is worth a bug report, it's also worth checking by turning off and on again (the game), maybe the data is being stored by FDEV but hasn't reached you yet. Is there anyone else around who can go and look for you to see if they have been updated?
Just sold data at a FC and checked a system and it works OK so must be a bug. You are playing on PC?
I've not been given tags turning data in at a fleet carrier in a few systems. A day later 3 other commanders got first discovered/mapped tags in one of the systems so it's not a case of the tags just not showing. I think it's best to wait about 30 minutes after scanning and to move to another system before turning in data. Haven't lost any tags after doing that.
