I don't even know why this name is in the game "ISIS", but there is a system named that. Not only that but there is a faction called "ISIS Posse"

Can this name be changed to something else? I don't think I need to point out why, it's pretty self explanatory.

You understand it is named after an Egyptian Deity right?

If you concede that everything for the last four or six thousand years that has related to that deity needs to be removed from existence because the spelling transliterated into English shares same letters as the acronym of a group when transliterated incorrectly into English, then you are giving all the power to them to dictate culture and language.
