Simple tweak, massive gains, tiny performance hit.

I've been running W10 resmon on my old 4690K and I average 75% across four cores with drops to 65% in super cruise and 85% near busy stations or busy ring areas. GPU stays around 98%. On my 6700HQ laptop I see ~55%+/-12% across eight threads and the 970m at ~92% but then it only has 3Gb VRAM. ED seems to take whatever the GPU can give. Can anyone resmon a 2080Ti for GPU utilisation? On paper it's ~30% faster than my 1080Ti, maybe less as the 1080ti is at @2.1GHz. I really hope Ampere is better.
