Sorry if this suggestion already exists but:
I was thinking how Planet Coaster might have a simulator. Obviously this is difficult for Planet Coaster to implement, because it'd just be a video with maybe millisecond-by-millisecond control of yaw, pitch and what have you, which wouldn't be fun for the player to build or to ride.
Now, Planet Coaster is really good for creating fantastical rides, but if you have a giant coaster in a park, the park doesn't work for much else. But in real life many simulators simulate roller coasters that wouldn't be able to exist. So why not create a simulator where to set it up you open another Planet Coaster save file, and choose a coaster from that file for the simulator to simulate. That way the yaw, pitch, roll could be automatically gotten from the other roller coaster so that the player wouldn't have to enter it all manually. This would give a new purpose to one-coaster parks, as well as allowing the inclusion for incredible community creations in your everyday park.
To complement this how about the creation of a flying transport ride that only exists in sandbox? The purpose of this would be to create fly-bys of incredible parks which could then be used in simulators.
