Sirius Permit .. none

Returning after 6 years off, so much changed!

Trying to get engineers done but now stuck getting Sirius permit.

1) Yes, got to full rep with Sirius Corp
2) Yes, using stations inside of 20 ly of Sirius
3) Yes, trolled around all the stations mentioned in numerous reddit / forum threads from ages ago (Procyon, Luyten's Star etc.)
4) Yes, did more missions despite rep at 100%
5) Yes, tried logging out / in / different modes.
6) Even got all the necessary bits to unlock Marcus in inventory

4 days so far and no rep mission popping from any station in Sirius Corp control.

Some person mentioned update 16 might have broken this. Very long shot, but has anyone found a permit since the latest update?

As there might not be too many people in your exact situation right now who can chime in with a reply, I wonder if it's worth trying to unlock Uma Lazlow first to see if that resets something. Wouldn't hold out much hope for it though but might be better than just waiting.

If it is broke, best bet might be the fleet carrier discord to see if anyone is planning a trip to Colonia (or head up yourself)- Mel Brandon isn't a hard unlock if it's G5 thrusters that you're after. Just unlock the blueprint, pin it, then travel back or buy a sidewinder and suicide back if you'd rather get there quicker to the bubble.

Has anyone been able to get a Sirius permit since update 16? I'm Allied with Sirius Corp and have tried multiple stations in Procyon and Luyten's without being offered the Permit Issue mission and I don't remember ever having an issue before. Logged in and out a few times and tried different in...

Every single permit is broken right now. But at least they added a trivially easy hunter. Oh, and broke carriers too. Hah.

Support acknowledged it was a bug but have me the system permit. Good outcome given the circumstances. Shame I washed so much time bugging around the stations 😝

After Patch release Marco is still unable to be reached for me. I have the permit and all minimums Marco just ain't working for me.

Very simply I have access to Sirius, I have everything but him contacting me and allowing me access to him. I have all the minimums for it, but he still wont contact me.

He doesn't contact you. If you meet the requirements, you hang around the stations in Sirius and an invite mission pops up and you just take it and complete it automatically. Assuming Elvira has already informed you of his existence that is. Since that invite is a sort of another permit mission and permit missions are borked, I have doubts it will appear.
