Was just looking at the starmap in ED Discovery and someone has been busy.
I don't know who it is but I salute you.
Maybe it will be the CMDR's name and all will be revealed, it doesn't like a swear word.....

Let's hope the Thargoids don't get him before he finishes.

They have gone a long way out to make sure that it won't be covered up, it looks like they tried earlier in their route. I think we will be enjoying their efforts for sometime. Well until the Distant Galactic Graffiti mission drops by on their way back......

It is some effort, looking at the location of the bubble and Sag A* (seen by my red there and back route) I reckon he's about 30,000 LY out and each letter is about 1,000 x 1,500 LY.

Oh, I must admit that for last three months I was thinking about exactly same idea of "star printer" - it was the first idea when I've saw eddiscovery map for the first time=))) but was too busy with other project. Eh too late=)
Really brilliant, now I have more time to try something else=)

I have to applaud the effort - it's a brilliant idea, love it.

But now that it got posted it is only a matter of time until someone decides to mess it up - thats just the way our brutal universe works.

It would take some really malicious intend because he/she flew a good way out but it will happen sooner or later

I am really surprised that first thing some one "write" isn't Boring, bored, help, out of fuel, THARGOIDS ARE COMING!!! etc. Or twitch.tv/xxxxx or youtube.com/user/xxxxxx that thing is also popular now days.

But respect for him for doing it.

Reading it backwards, there's a roofer, bathroom fitter and plasterer in Cramlington, calling himself Northern Roofing And Property Services (NRAPS).

Perhaps he's advertising his skills in plastering the galaxy. :O
