Well, I've come up with a couple of more questions while playing. I do try to look up the answers, but can't seem to find satisfactory explanations, so I bring them here.
My first question is: Interdiction - what is it?
I know what happens - while in Supercruise another ship causes you to drop out of it. But how is this done? Is it a device? Or is it simply being in the path of the traveling ship?
Second question: Wake riding - I've seen this term a couple of times. I can guess what it is - it is where someone makes a jump and you ride after them. How does one do this? I've seen the "High Energy FSD Wakes" left behind near stations, but do you with them? I can target them, but I don't know what else to do.
Next question - Sometimes it seems like Supercruise has a mind of its own. At times it slows down on its own, while on others it just floats on by at the speed it's at. Is this normal? I try to keep an eye on it, but I also have to keep an eye on a couple of kids & animals. (It can get a bit hectic at times....hehe.)
I apologize if some of the questions I come up with have been answered before, but while I do try to search for the answers I can't spend much time in front of the computer. I have a neurological condition that the computer monitor aggravates. (I even have to limit my play time on ED on the Xbox One.) So I can only do quick searches, and if I don't get my answer in that time then I have to write up a question.
