So, about the new mining gold-rush...

No, forgive me but I am not going to spend a lot of time doing something I don’t like too much just to convince you - and I am not even in the Bubble now either. But you don’t have to look further than page 1 in this thread to find a post by 777Driver who agrees with me:

You haven’t looked too much cause missions like those are not even difficult to find.

Firstly, the thing with cargo missions was system specific.
You couldn't just rock-up in any system where you were allied and get these missions.
Hell, you couldn't even get them reliably in the systems where they did appear - not without mode-flipping, at least.

Secondly, that was in 3.2, not 3.3.

I make close to 40 million from a single rock in my CM4.

Which is potentially an issue for newer pilots, not because I mind anyone earning money but if given access too soon you simply devalue almost everything e.g. you might only use that CM4 once or twice.

Put the deep core asteroids further out, and use trade/combat/explorer rank as a gate for clue messages as to which systems have the right rings to go explore. Have some pirate blockade to contend with on the way back and up the rewards for the added time/risk/effort. Welcome back commander...

Well, no new player will have the cobra 4 but that’s another issue and zi do catch your drift.
