Same here. Although if I'm honest, I'm not hating the mischievous dad vibes it's giving my character!
For what it's worth, I had the same issue in Alpha, and just assumed it was Alpha problems. I have been mucking around in my graphics settings for FPS reasons, but if this is settings related, I can't figure out which setting is the culpret. Weirdly, I don't think I've seen the issue cropping up on any NPCs, just me?

Indeed. My radiant and ravishing hair went from a delicious shade of dark brown to a flat grey of boredom...

Yea, my red hair (see avatar) has turned blonde even though no settings are different.

Mine did the bowl cut and baggy eyes. Kind of giving me uncanny valley vibes.
Yeh looks like it's an issue with the lighting not reacting the hair correctly. Hair is like a mirror reflecting all light so everyone's hair looks lighter than it should. If you go into a dark area with little to no light your hair will look normal in the free cam.
No I have no custom colours but have grey hair now
It doesn't happen everywhere all the time. Some lights in Odyssey have a weird effect on the hair shader.
