I m new to Elite Dangerous. This game is great. Great graphics. Great game concept. Just plain lots of fun. Lots to learn. tks guys for your hard work. :)

I have a Timex Sinclair with the z80 processor, and the whopping 16k memory upgrade and the thermal printer! Now that's saying something.

I suppose I am kinda old school in that I started gaming on a c64 with cassette tapes, but even right up to early 90s, the game you originally bought would not evolve beyond that purchase. Nowadays I expect, and appreciate, an evolving experience.

I can't imagine buying a game these days that was rushed out to make a Christmas deadline even though it wasn't ready yet and then hoping they keep other promises to make it work right someday, I have learned a lesson here that I will never buy another 'game in the works' or 'alpha' or 'pre-release'. It's worse than buying a pig in a poke, it's buying an unborn pig in a poke that hasn't been sewn up yet and hoping you get something good and worth the money. It's better to find a completed released game you like and enjoy it without waiting to see if the game they promised you is really the game of their vision.
I made an exception with this one and got burned, lesson learned.
