12.5 was another PVP group that wouldn't give themselves a name. They got dubbed 12.5 by other PVP groups. The name alludes to them being worse than the 13th and they used to fly with the 13th.
I haven't really seen them around since "roasting" with cannons was patched out.
I think 12.5th is a group Agony started with an alt account that get's it's rear handed to it whenever it tries to gank NPC's.
