So out about exploring, run into a strong signal source with...a paradox?

Ran into this...paradox?

Yeah...how that works I have no clue...

I wasn't very far out from civilization, but I was exploring down in the SYNUEFE sectors (GK-M, NE-H, FP-M, DZ-N, BE-O) and would see quite a few weak or strong signal sources as I was making my detailed scans. I never investigated the sources, but I have wondered what would be found inside one. I wondered if perhaps these sources are placed and awaiting some update that will make them a ship wreck to explore or some other item to find. That would be neat, to pop into a system and get a distress beacon. Find the ship, save the crew. Maybe get some salvage rights.

Yeah I was out along the galactic rim in solo mode and ran across signal sources that, when flown to, led to nowhere. Freaky.

Ive seen ONE signal source since leaving The Bubble. I immediately plotted an intercept course and ran it down to find....an NPC Sidewinder.

It was a huge let down. There is soooooo much possibility there.. for explorers to actually FIND interesting/valuable things...I hold on to the hope that FD will someday tap into that potential and incorporate it into the game.
