So PS4 CMDR's....Physical or Digital?

last 2 disks i bought were destiny taken king collectors edition and fallout 4
My last two disks were NMS ($16 used) and Dragon Quest Builders (special Amazon sale). Oh, and Uncharted 4 disk came with PS4.
I'm 99% certain I will succumb to Playstation Store's "Preorder Elite Dangerous Now" button that will magically appear this Tuesday
ps - I survived downloading ESO, so digital ED will be easy-peasy.

Is the release date for the physical version confirmed as well? I just looked at Amazon.de, it states July 16th as release date: https://www.amazon.de/Elite-Dangerous-Legendary-PlayStation-4/dp/B072BZ5PZR
If that should be correct, it is digital of course. If it would release on the same day, I would try to get the physical version a bit earlier (as retail outlets would have the disc version in stock prior to release).

haha, been patience for so many year....waiting for an announcement at E3 this June..
Does it state 27th for release? Curious, if physical release is the same as digital
1,000 frontier points just isn't sweet enough - 10,000 maybe....

Yeh. This is another reason I changed my mind and went digital. I'll pick up some Frontier Point later with a cheap discount PSN card.
