You’re right sorry, typo’d my own notes. Corrected.

I figured it’s all stock for the engines but the Python I believe does 187 with stock and 2 pips.

2 small hardpoints each side of the cockpit. 1 small somewhere above the cockpit. Seems people haven't been able to locate the remaining 2 smalls...but I think they're here:

Hi All :)

I've just watched the livestream, interesting,...so we have most of the information on the core internal / optional / weapon hardpoints of the Type 8, and it can carry approximately a 100t more cargo space (potentially) than the Python .
Okay, in the video showing the main rear thrusters (8 at least were shown 'working' in the video) I noticed that there's another four rectangular 'vents'? inboard of the eight thrusters. Well they look like some sort of vents / exhaust to me. :unsure:...anyone have any theory's as to their function?...as far as I could tell in the video they didn't seem to have any use as such.
Perhaps they are just graphical embellishments, but they seem kinda suspicious to me...:sneaky: :D

I am hearing T8 is early access starting in Aug, not sure if that is already widely known. One of the ED streamers sent an email to Fdev asking and got a response.

It can carry 406 tons tops.
400 tons with a free size 1 and size 2 intermal (sca + adc, shieldless)
Depending on hull mass, it may be able to fit a size 4 shield gen, reducing the cargo to 386 sca+adc

Yea, bit weird that a medium ship with that shape can carry more cargo that the brick that is the Type 7.
