So why is my Space Farm hanging inside of my Asteroid Base?

Yes, you can see parts of it "inside" the Asteroid Base while docked!

When they were completed in my system, they were not anywhere near this close together...

Well, if it did not mess up the views within the Asteroid Base badly, it would not be a big deal for some. But it does. See, the Asteroid Base is rotating, and the Space farm is not, so I have huge parts of the Farm blocking the views inside the Asteroid Base on a rotating basis. I worked for weeks building the Asteroid Base, so it's not okay to me to be like this.
