Sol Station Repairs Complete

o7, CMDR Light027 with Operation Ida management checking in to report repair work in Sol is now complete. All 16 damaged stations have had their required repair cargo lists completed, meaning all 16 should come back online following the weekly server downtime.

Saying "Wow" would be an understatement, if you would have asked us 4 days ago if we thought we’d complete 16 stations in under a week our response would have been "not in a million years". But in typical Operation Ida style our haulers proved us wrong. Also in typical Ida style, here are some stats:
  • 4 days, 8 hours, 6 minutes
  • 16 stations
  • 92 CMDRs
  • 1,918 deliveries
  • 1,259,879 tons logged by Ida out of 1,490,882 tons required to repair all damaged stations.
Special thanks goes out to CMDR Buur, following his announcement of Op-Ida's Call for aid 3 days ago, around 140 players joined Operation Ida's discord and we thank all those who came to help on short notice! Additionally, thanks once again goes out to the Miners Corporation for providing a large portion of the 14,700 tons of Praseodymium required. Also a huge thanks is given to the multiple CMDRs who, without being asked, generously donated numerous billions of credits to purchase much of the 14,000 Meta-Alloys required.

Congrats also to our top 6 haulers which each moved over 60,000 tons!

PS. I have referenced people to your table of the original Pleiades repairs, the one with 10-20 million tons per station, a few dozen times over the past 7 years.

Started out at Abe Lincoln, then moved out as the stations got finished, ending up at Titan. Should have thought to check in at the discord, but wasn't pushing too hard :)

I know at least one our squaddies was into helping haul stuff. So probably a number of unnamed heroes as well helped deliver the goods to 16 stations.

The sourcing of NeoFabs was perhaps the best part of these repairs. We were running cargo missions in wings to get as many as we could. Only EDO settlements sell NeoFabs. And usually not more than ten per settlement. A great team effort!
