Solution to combat log and open/solo - PvP FLAG

Traders now just trade in solo, what is the difference?

What about even with PvP off you can still use hatch breaker limpets and damage the drives? :)

I'd rather not be able to see them than have hordes of invincible player ships flying about - that would be awful game design.

What about the pvp flag is only against hull and not shields and you still can damage the drives and use hatch breaker?

Ok...so what about PvP bounty hunters, what do they do?

Where you can hide them? Great moderating, hiding threads and deleting posts that criticize current problems of the game.

PvP in open is not a problem with the game... it's just disliked by players who want to have all the benefits of open without any of the risks.

I dunno. Solo/Group/Open is fine as is.

I don't get why people say "don't attack me!" Yet fly around in Open knowing people are attacking players.
If you don't want to be attacked, play solo or Mobius.

I don't do pvp , cos I suck at it. So I just play in Mobius, unless I'm feeling extra chatty, and brave, then I go hunt down peope in Open to talk to.
I rarely do CGs in Open though, cos there's always 1 (or4) player(s) there to just murder you for no real reason .lol
 
Why not have an effective pvp flag in "safe" systems that prevents CMDR to CMDR agressive interaction - in anarchy space anything goes?
Would actually make Anarchy dangerous and facilitate careful route planning or risk it for a biscuit playing.

It could also go someway to stopping poor newbie players being popped by wings of FDL CMDR's for lol's
