1) Which Engineers support what mods? For ex, I know Todd "The Blaster" allows Mods for Cannons Frag Cannons Multi Cannons. Is there a link to which Engineer mods exactly what?
2) Where do I get the MICRO RESOURCES and COMMODITY? Hovering over the item in Engineer workshop gives some clues. But can someone specifically mention what In space I should be looking for for each these?

I found 2 Heat Dispersion Plate when i loot exploded ships part with cargo scoop,unknow signal threat 1-2,try that.

1) There's probably a spreadsheet somewhere

2) If you hover over the material, it should say where you can find it

ex:
"This is commonly used in military ships" - you'd be best served looking around a CZ

"This is commonly used in haulage vessels - go to an anarchy system and blast some traders

3) The rewards for missions are randomly generated. Take haulage or courier missions so you can get around to lots of stations, increasing the chance you'll find one with the right rewards.

I had x2 Heat dispersion plates offered as mission rewards from Delkar (but sure similar from wherever you are too) - plus sure I saw mission rewards with the cooling hoses too.
In fact, I used to not bother even opening missions not paying a decent amount of credits (definitely over 150,000Cr at minimum and for small amounts of cargo, nearby, short LS to station etc) - but now whenever I see commodities or materials in the rewards section even if the mission is only paying 5000 Cr I will still take a look to see if I want the mats/ commods. There is a handy work-in-progress spreadsheet on this forum which helps you decide whether they are worth it.......
