Jurassic World Evolution 2 should include some type of human controlled POV when exploring the park. Kind of like Zoo Tycoon. Your character would have access to all of the vehicles to drive anywhere and can switch from tycoon gameplay to human gameplay as anytime. With this, there is the chance of getting killed as well. If a dinosaur escapes while in the human mode you must get to the closest shelter before going back into the tycoon mode and fixing the issue. If you die then you reload the previous save you did. Without the dangers, you get to explore the park in a entirely new point of view and thats honestly something a lot of people want.

I can't see the having to escape aspect being very popular, putting a compulsory aspect onto something voluntary is incentive not to do that thing in the first place (maybe as a sandbox option, but probably not the best for general gameplay).
The new Chaos Theory mode seems like a better place for human-POV locking, given the event based format, but even then I'd expect it to be more useful to lock you to a vehicle.
