Maybe, maybe not. The Panther Clipper had a whole landing animation way back and it still isn't in the game

True that, but they have done a bit more than transpose it.

I guess alongside the SRV art stuff (which also has concept art precedents), and given the proximity to EDO, it wouldn’t be a surprise if either of those additions happened.

But hey, as mentioned above, they might just be NPC background even if they turn up. Expectations suitably set to simmer
