Since we have seven animals in a scenery pack, the two more animals are the American Pekin Duck and even the Budgerigar (Walkthrough).

• New animal species being non-replacements are only allowed if an animal from your original list was added to the game. You must quote your original list as proof and indicate what new animals you'd like to add in place of the new additions to the game's roster.

Well because of grassland pack 12 animals, 5 of which were definitely not easy to make copies of each other, so nine is extremely easy in comparison.
