Somthing wrong whit sandbox and research?

Hi
Im just checking if someone has the same problem or if it was some glitch last time I played.

I started an new park after installing the DLC pack, and when I was trying to get the educations screen to show my animal it was complitly blank?
And when I accidentally clickt on the research it was empty, like it is in a new franchise park but i was in sandbox for sure..
I had all the stuff to, so obviously I have the research but it was empty in the menu but could not get the education screen to work? (I had power..)

Are you sure you already had the animal in the habitat? If not, they won't show up on the board or for research.

Ye, I will double check if the habitat is connected correctly but I did put the animals in.

Right click on the game in the list in your Steam Library, then choose properties, then go to the tab for local files and choose to verify the game files / cache.

It's sandbox. Research isn't available in Sandbox mode.

There's no research in sandbox (You have access to everything your heart could desire!) so you won't find any options on the research screen. If your education board is not giving you options check that
a) The animal is in the habitat
b)The education screen has power
c) The screen is not too high up on the barrier (If it's too high it may not register)

Thank you. I will double check if the habitat is correct because I have animals in it and power and the screen is on the frame so it isn’t high up. In my other sandbox park the animals pictures in the research option is coloured and in this park they are grey like I don’t have it, but I have all the stuff. this happened right after I had installed the DLC pack.
