I have taught, learned, raised kids, played games prepared gourmet meals, built computers, photographed, recorded music, played instruments, done experiments, walked on beaches and in deserts, climbed mountains, parasailed, designed and built kites and flown them, gone boating, raced rode bicycles, swam, ran, well the list can go on forever and each experience is different, do you see the difference yet or am I wasting time trying to enlighten the unwilling to learn?
The point I am trying to make is simply that everything in life is simply a combination of actions at it's most fundamental level. Climbing a mountain or flying a kite is mechanically no different to caving or riding a motorbike.
