Posting here to say thank you to CMDR Lucas Edwards for creating an amazing 923 song playlist called Elite Dangerous mix. It has really helped me get back into playing. It seems to be really well thought out. Hopefully this will get back to him, so that he can know that it helps.

I found it by putting Elite Dangerous into the search bar. I play on Xbox, so, use it in the background. It really is good. I also got the song count wrong, there's 939 in total. It's a very eclectic mix of old and new.
Nice! I also can't recommend the Into The Breach soundtrack enough for space games. I was listening to it while playing Shipbreaker yesterday and it fit very well for space.

Spotify is a terrible thing for the artist. They get next to nothing for it.
Probably get more than I do LOL.
They at least get something, I used to just get all my music from torrent sites. Which got them nothing.
Small bands, up and coming, unsigned, they're lucky to make pennies on Spotify. It is really poor, no better than nothing in reality. I knew one band who had a few tunes on there, got a good few plays. you wouldn't bend down to pick up what they earned if it dropped out of your pocket.
I used to use torrent sites. I'm old enough to have bought albums on vinyl, cassette and CD. There was no way I was now paying for MP3's for the same damn album. Any new band where I have never owned any of their stuff, I get straight from the band, or whatever source they recommend.
