It'd be nice to have customization options for staff to make janitors and Mechanics look different. Or even a procedural generated system, so that when placing staff each member has a randomized appearance and gender etc. ..It seems pointless for each staff member to have their own names like guests do because of the fact they all look identical, and guests look different. They may as well be numbered.
It's a small thing, but i'd love to see this area at least expanded on a bit.
