At the end of the month I receive an update on driver development which is really handy for seeing where drivers have developed.
A similar update for staff would be welcome.
Incidentally, an indication of progress within the driver or staff member's profile would be good (rather than waiting for the end of month update) and some indication of development (or even degradation) over time would be welcome, e.g. both ideas can be found in Football Manager.
