I have re-install the game and set it in English and finally it is working. Thank you all so much!

What would the message be, if you click that button/switch on the right side? Just curious..

Can't check, but I recall it being red with the same info.

I have the same problem.
If you still curious. If the switch is switched to the left, its yellow and it says: "Closed" (Dutch: gesloten).
If the switch is switched to the right, its green and it says: "Facility has no power" (Dutch: Faciliteit heeft geen stroom).

Green = Powered

So no problem here, just translation error.
