Stairs in Terrain

Hello,

Is there a way to have stairs on the terrain without having the path raised off the ground? I have been trying for a while, but could not figure anything out.

Thanks, paths aren't the problem though
Unfortunately it seems that stairs can not be placed directly on terrain then.
