Standard Beta forum access

Can players who have purchased the standard beta view the locked beta forums ?

I don't know but if they can't then I think they should be given access to it. Beta is Beta. Maybe read-only access until their phase starts, though.

Errr, afaik Beta forum can be read and posted by everyone at this point, no? I have seen people with no beta access at all posting there.

I just logged out, and was able to view the Beta forum.
