Game Discussions Star Citizen Discussion Thread v12

"grimhex" is still my favourite. It's like they had a 12 year old compile a list of "cool" words and they just put them together at random, like those "use your initials to find your hilarious halloween nickname!!" posts.

Everything about SC/SQ42 reeks of a child who never grew up.

"I want a game set in space that can do everything! It will be the bestest space game ever! With a thousand ships and you can do all sorts of stuff on ships and planets! And won't it be cool if you can go mining and one person has to do the refining and one person has to do the blasting. Oh, and passengers, with mixing drinks as a mini-game to serve to passengers. And... and... aliens! Aliens with bird heads and lizard heads and all sorts of cool stuff. Pets as well! Oh, and just imagine if you could also play it like a strategy game. And a racing game. And we could have sports in it! Remember Ender's Game? We can have everything we want!"

And not once on the project did Chris say "Hold up, that's not actually possible, no matter how much time and money we have"

Better not make any more threads or your game access might be impacted, Citizen.
That's what I was wondering about as well... "This will not impact your game access at this time" does imply that they thought about cutting off access but decided against it and just leave it as a threat instead

Is it common for folks to lose their access to Star Citizen because they said the wrong thing on the forum?

GrimHEX (originally named Green Imperial Housing Exchange) is a former Housing Exchange, hidden deep in the Yela asteroid belt....is where the name comes from in lore :)
