Game Discussions Star Citizen Discussion Thread v12

I also want the happy guy back in your avatar - it often put me in a good mood.

Had to go i'm afraid. Maybe i can find another (less forum rule breaking) image.

This one might not be so bad.

As another said: no loop tends to induce unease. This one is great (loved the others nonetheless), maybe you try to loop the nod at the end?

You know, things have actually reached the point now where they've become such a well known thing, that my go-to for explaining Star Citizen is now to compare it to NFTs, in that you pay obscene amounts of money for a link to a jpg of a spaceship that you can say you totally own, and people get it right away. :D
Chis Roberts ahead of the curve yet again

Technically he is. We only export our bestest and brightestest. Souce: exporteded myself.

Piers Morgan, Gordon Ramsay.......... Harry (Charles is not really my dad and i have issues around that) Windsor. They can keep them, but i'd like Ricky Gervais back please.

Anyway, i think CR is technically American, he was born in the US, tho he did grow up in Manchester, he was also educated in the UK. I think, tho i don't know that one of his parents might be British.

Huh, I learned something. Thank you.

I originally thought he was educated in America after this exchange:

Children born to British citizens are automatically considered citizens. However, if they don't live in the country then their children are not. It only passes down 1 generation.

Technically... Harry and the rest of the royal family are German. The royals changed their surname from Saxe-Coburg-Gotha to Windsor in 1917 so as not to alarm the British public in the middle of a war with their cousin, Willhelm :)

My wife is technically British... although she was born in Germany and her birth registered there, her parents are British...She holds dual passports, both British and German and in the case she needed a replacement birth certificate, she would have to apply to the British consulate...all very complicated. She's fine normally, but has a propensity for heading off to annexe the Sudetenland at the weekends ;)

I sense an impending wipe...just had a EULA message pop up when I clicked launch which I had to click to accept. Something about accepting that in game currency (aUEC) could be wiped at any time to combat exploits etc...

About time I say...this buying of billions of aUEC from Ebay for a few bucks is getting to the point of farce. There's folk flying around with every flyable ship in their fleets they couldn't possibly have earned legitimately in game....either that or there's been a run on sales of Legatus Navium packages I don't know about.

I had no idea that ebay aUEC was a thing. How are people making that much without CIG noticing/doing anything about it?
