It would be good to be able to name the stars I can see out of the window. Even better would be the ability to choose the hyperspace destination in the cockpit HUD - I want to point my ship at a star and say "go there".

Voice attack? You can simply point your ship at a star and say "go there", the ship will target the star and engage hyperdrive and you'll arrive at your destination shortly.
