Started my exploration career of with a bang :)

Only 3,000ly to go and whilst it was an uneventful night, I suddenly found my best discovery to date. I came across this black hole system and it totally blew me away. The star display was amazing and the black hole was warping the light really weirdly. Saved the best till last tonight for sure :)

The to top it all I found a water world :) perfect end to the shift tonight lol

Well after exactly 40 days of travelling, I got to Sagittarius A :) I went into system in Solo in regards to the situation with the Queen. Not sure if she is still there but if she isn't and anyone wants a group photo let me know

The RR Edelweiss is on her way back home. Sol here I come after nearly 8 weeks out in the black.

Got my 2nd Earth like World also a couple of jumps back :)

Great trip and pictures commander :) Keep them coming on your return journey!
Btw you can disable Orbit Lines from the menu on your right panel (or map a button to it) before you go into Classified Camera Mode for the screenshots - then you wont have the lines there!

Don't forget to enable it again or you wont see the safety line around stars when you scoop!

Or learn how to scoop without it... I turned orbit lines off as soon as that became an option and I've scooped from 10,000 stars since without incident.

So still heading back to Sol. I got side tracked haha. Found my first Earth like world with rings this week :)

and whilst she has taken a bit of a battering, the RV Edelweiss is running sweet

and got to fly through a really cool plasma stream whilst fuel scooping :) this thing was so cool as the plamsa arced across my view :)

Looking good, take another rep. Good luck for your return!

Two tips for screenshots -
You can bind orbit lines (otherwise found in right hand panel near self destruct button) to a key now to remove those yellow/orange lines showing planet/star orbit paths.
You can also use Ctrl+Alt+G (default) to remove most of the hud UI to take screenshots inside the cockpit. I've found some of my favourites are using this and headlook.

So continuing onwards I've got a nice binary system shot, discovered my first water world in Col285 Sector CR-M D7 66, and been up and personal with my first Nebula (IC4604 Nebula). I'm liking this :)
