I could do offical meme art for livestreams, and have a jolly time.

As CM I'd get the forum guys to have a system that sends eggs using the warning system. So those in need can get the help.

Instead of the warning points system, should something new be issued? Like you earn 3 cat memes for offence one, or 7 pictures of Mr Tumble boning a land rover for a worse one?
This new regime could be a route to taking over the forums!
I have something much more punishing..
For each warning the interloper has to attend a mandatory Powerplay lecture hosted by me. The more transgressions the longer and more complex the lecture.
At maximum punishment levels there would be a quiz at the end. Failure to pass would result in being kept there until a 99% pass was attained.
Now, if that does not sort people out, I don't know what will.
