...or a duck.......

Meow.

if so then yes.

I've seen more than one zebra break it's own neck running into walls because of a loud noise scaring another zebra and it saw it running.
they are super stupid
🤨 Fascinating!

To be fair to the Zebra if they see Zebra A running it is instinctively assumed that Zebra A has seen a predator near by and is fleeing for its life. For Zebra B to then remain stationery and in doing so, become lunch instead, is arguably, the more stupid course of action.

Unfortunately for Zebra B (and by inference Zebra A too) they have not had time to adapt to humans putting up a brick wall in their way! I suspect that there eyesight (adapted for spotting predators), which probably has a blind spot directly in front of them, also doesn't help them adapt to said brick wall... 😖

Conclusion: manhind is a menace that few are able to adapt to quickly enough to...

Haha yep, goes for horses too. Pretty much all prey animals I guess. Our ponies had a massive fright when I had the audacity to close the door on the ute when out feeding our two autonomous lawn mowers. The result was this:

Front darker pony ran first. He is scared of butterflies and his own snorting at times. The brown girl on the right is more level-headed, but ran because he did, leaving a thick stream of question marks in her wake.

Problem with auto-correct is that the words it helpfully spells correctly for you are rarely the ones you wanted to write.

So you still end up looking like a stoner, but at least not an illiterate one.
Ah! As a dyslexic primate I depend upon Auto-correct to err, correct my dubious English... However, this only works some of the time, for the reasons you stated. So if the odd weird word slips into my prose, it's because I'm stupid 😄 word blind.

Oh and I regularly take drugs, Tramadol in my case (and HRT but that's another story). Shoot happens! I am semi lucid between hours 4 and 6 after taking a dose of Trammy. 🥳🥳🥳🥳😎🤕

LoL 😂

Best keep the number of loud noises and surprises to a minimum around these kind of animals 🙂

Careful with that stuff. Also, it's more difficult to make. Chlorine gas, on the other hand? Dead easy. Some people end up making it accidentally while cleaning house.

Pro tip: If you're cleaning house and your eyes suddenly start watering and your nostrils start burning furiously, you're doing it wrong. Get out of there and open all doors and windows on the way. Read content labels carefully. HCl and hypochlorite DON'T MIX. This has been your friendly, factual PSA for today. Regular silliness to resume in 3...2...1...

We have PSAs on the forum? 🤨

Have a virus 🦠 to chlorinate ☺️

Do you slowly raise the volume until you scare the crap out of them? 🧐
Sort of. I usually start making noise/do crazy stuff at a distance. When they are comfortable, I move closer/increase the drama. If they are curious and come over, I stop immediately and reward them. It is mainly about putting the pressure on, then taking it off before they get too uncomfortable. Rinse and repeat until they tolerate it or learn to like it.

However, the boy is extremely sensitive. So breathing wrong can be enough to set him off from time to time.

Much too early morning, even my coffee still sleeps.

I guess you already stumbled over this one?
